  How Our Consulting Services Work

PHASE ONE: Assessment of your business goals with regard to your vision, mission and values. Outcome- a gap analysis that assesses the difference between where you want to be and where you actually are today.

 

How we do it: A comprehensive interview process and objective organization assessment tool analyzes your current condition and desired future for the business or yourself; leading to a ‘gap” analysis that describes the contrast between where you would like to be and where you are today.

 

PHASE THREE: Implementing the business and organization change strategy. Outcome- a comprehensive systemic change leadership strategy.

 

How we do it: A step by step plan that incorporates business goals; employee/stakeholder involvement and product and /or service innovation. By the end of phase three, your company or you as an individual entrepreneur will have a high level strategy, detailed on- the- ground map and roles with responsibilities for the change process.

PHASE TWO: Bridging the gap. Outcome-a roadmap to your future with project map for the desired future state.

 

How we do it: A thorough dialogue between the founder (s) and leadership team and key stakeholders with facilitated inquiry by the consultant (s). The end result of the discussion is a Roadmap to the future that is understood and agreed upon by the phase two team. The roadmap is a high level project map with deliverables, owners and activities that will be constructed by Noble Purpose Consulting and your stakeholder team.

 

PHASE FOUR: Determining the extent that Noble Purpose Consulting will be your guide, facilitator and expert consultants. Outcome- a decision regarding the next steps, if any, that NPC will play in your change process.

 

How we do it: An assessment of the gaps in leadership and roles that NPC may provide until the people and competencies are hired internally.
